🌱 Mobile Dirt and Blooms Program Policies

🌼 Program Investment

$275 per session (up to 20 students)
$125 for each additional class at the same location

🌞 Rescheduling

Programs may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

⏰ Start Time

Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time and cannot be extended due to late starts or schedule delays.

At Mobile Dirt and Blooms, we value partnership, safety, and creating meaningful, hands-on garden learning experiences that inspire children to grow, explore, and discover. 🌻

Safety & Allergy Policy

At Mobile Dirt and Blooms, student safety is our top priority. Our hands-on garden experiences are designed to be safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate.

Supervision

A classroom teacher or designated staff member must remain present and actively supervise students for the entire session. Classroom management and student medical needs remain the responsibility of the hosting organization.

Allergies & Medical Conditions

The hosting organization is responsible for informing Mobile Dirt and Blooms in advance of any student allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities (including soil, plants, insects, food items, or environmental triggers).

Mobile Dirt and Blooms does not administer medication, including EpiPens. School staff must handle all medical situations.

Materials & Environment

Our programs may include:

  • Soil and compost materials

  • Seeds and plant matter

  • Natural garden elements

  • Occasional exposure to live beneficial insects

If your organization has restrictions regarding materials or allergens, please notify us prior to the scheduled session.

Hygiene & Protective Measures

  • Handwashing is encouraged after all soil-based activities.

  • Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended.

  • Activities are structured to minimize risk and maintain safe participation.

Emergency Situations

In the event of a medical emergency, the hosting organization’s staff will follow their established emergency procedures.

Mobile Dirt and Blooms is committed to creating a safe, joyful learning environment while partnering closely with schools, churches, and childcare centers 🌿

Travel Information 🌿

Mobile Dirt and Blooms happily travel within 30 miles of Locust Grove, GA at no additional cost.

This includes most of Henry County and surrounding areas such as Butts, Spalding, Rockdale, and parts of Clayton and Newton counties.

For locations 31–50 miles away, a flat travel fee of $25 will be added to your booking.

For events beyond 50 miles, we’re happy to provide a custom travel quote to best serve your group.
